At Midcoast Wood Bank, our mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality firewood, while also promoting sustainability and responsible forestry practices. We believe that everyone deserves to have a warm and cozy home, and we are dedicated to making that a reality for our neighbors.

We offer only quality firewood, donated from local landowners. Our firewood is carefully processed, seasoned, and stored by dedicated volunteers. Some are volunteering for the cause on a full-time basis in retirement.  Others, volunteer on a more random basis, based on their other obligations.  Find out more about volunteering on an individual or an employer work day.

We are committed to sustainability and responsible forestry practices. We only source our firewood from forests that are sustainably managed, and we ensure that our delivery vehicles are fuel-efficient and eco-friendly. We also offer recycling services for your used firewood.
